Are judges really just scared to make a clear decision and give a fighter a victory?

If Mendez had a big mean streak, he could do so much more. He doesnt let his hands go enough and doesnt fight like the opponent is taking food off his table. He could have won both his last 2 fight if he got meaner and more determined.

I thought the judges got it right there. It's getting harder and harder to listen to these commentators. Seems like they were just pulling for Heraldez just because he was undefeated and younger than Mendez.

If anything I was leaning slightly towards Mendez winning. Turns out that the judges gave Heraldez round 8 which I thought Mendez had won pretty clearly. Had they scored it that way Mendez would have won.

Heraldez needs to stop fighting in spurts and taking rounds off because he "thinks" he's ahead, all these guys think their Mayweather who could do that and get away with it. They aren't going to get the benefit of the doubt.

Mendez got the W. You can’t dance around the ring, trying to be Mayweather and land a few good shots but get outhustled and still think you won.

Judge should have deducted heraldez a point in the last round for excessive holding. Poser trying to take Mayweather style but fail at it

I understand the draw - but I frankly felt that Mendez was a clear victor. And ironically, he was fighting more like Floyd than Heraldez was.

If this continues...I will do everything in my power to steer people away from boxing and into BKB. This is stooopid . Mendes won that bum from TMT is going as far in boxing as 19lfctitles is going in life. nowhere

I totally saw it as you did with Mendez being more fluid in the Mayweather roll.....but I'm OK with the draw because both these guy posed and postured .lol. in spurts from the point I started watching the fight. No one decided to take command.

                    Writing this from Santiago, DR:
                    Mendez won!

Going back on Tuesday, don't want to go back to redneckland.
