I can. Call it what you want I tried to rate everyone in relation to eachother so maybe I did inflate everyone and I based it on their primes

What ratings do you disagree with?

I added some changes. There are a few fighters that aren't included (maybe you aren't making), but I included for reference sake.

Your list is a really good starting point, but I think you were a little bit too generous on some of the scoring.

For example, Errol Spence is an 89 for beating and 85 Kell Brook? That's Errol's best win and the fight was split after 8 rounds. So either Kell needs to be higher or Errol lower

Loma and JMM are a bit high for my taste, but they're both excellent fighters

        Ali - 95
        SRR - 95

        SRL - 92
        Hearns - 91
        Hagler - 91
        Duran - 91-92

        Foreman - 91
        Hopkins - 89

Great point, which is why I went back and re-evaluated Ratings for all boxers. I thought I was a little too strict this time.

Spence was given a 89, Because EA rated Zab Judah 89, old Shane Mosely 89, Cotto 88. Imo I think Spence would have stopped Zab, Stopped a old Mosely (not prime sugar shane) and beat cotto in 12Rd decision which is why I gave him a 89 Rating.

Kell Brook, I can probably give him a 86. Guys like Prime Ricky Hatton and Kendall Holt are also rated 85 according to EA.

EA is a joke by most standards. They've monopolized the sports gaming industry though. And theres a reason boxing games never took off.. . .

EA never put Floyd Mayweather in those games bc they had TR money. That's some spiteful childish ish...

You may be right but unfortunately we can only make do with what we have, until someone decides there's a market for boxing games after all and makes a new one. The standup mechanics in the latest Ufc were pretty nice and fluid if they decided to use that.

Another subject I'd like to raise in this thread:- Difficulty Level, does it actually make the AI fight more intelligently because I always got the impression it just cheated and made the AI boxers have +100 power, chin etc.

The following is the gameplay settings I play on for the best simulation experience and for the most realistic compubox numbers.

                Difficulty- Greatest of All Time
                Number of Rounds - 12
Round Length - 2min (Not 3min because EA did not do the best job with the Stamina and Conditioning feature. You have some fighter who throw over 1000 punches per fight, and if you individually change the boxer punch tendicies CPU to actually throw over 1000 punches their stamina will be completely drained by 5th round in this game, which is the reason for 2min rounds.
Saved by the Bell - Last round Only
                Three knockdown Rule - NO
                Referee Foul Awareness - 0-2
                Referee Damage Awareness - 10
Boxer Power - 7 (With a higher Boxer Power, it forces the AI to fight a smarter fight or get knocked out if you dont)
                Boxer Speed - 5-6
                Boxer Physical Damage - 10
                Boxer Toughness - 8
                Boxer Accuracy - 9-10
                Boxer Stamina - 6
                Counter Punch Window - 0
                CPU Offensive awareness - 9
                CPU Defense awareness = 10
                CPU Punch Output - 0

Ridiculous we haven't had a boxing game released in a decade. Ridiculous. Especially with all this UFC garbage going on

How about Donnie Nietes, Luis Nery, Josh Warrington, Oleksandr Usyk, Tyson Fury, Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder?

Any chances of classic boxers like Jorge Arce, Marco Barrera, Erik Morales, Naseem Hamed, Chris John, Arturo Gatti, Ricardo Mayorga, Sergio Martinez, James Toney and Carl Froch?
