Merchant and Lampley are some of the most biased commentators I've ever heard. I mean I've only heard them mostly commentate Jones fights, since I watch him more than anyone else. Are they this biased all the time or do they just not like Roy? I was glad that Foreman stepped in and spoke his mind about what they were saying about Jones..

lampley is ok. it's a tough job preventing your biases to show towards certain fighters. merchant can be biased sometimes but it's steward that tends to show more of his than the two i think.Comment

from this post it sounds like you're talking about the ruiz fight. towards the end merchant started brining the fight down saying ruiz is nothing but a paper champion, yeah i like the way foreman stepped in and told them not to bring the fight down after it was such a big deal leading up to the bout.Originally posted by 4CornerMessiahComment
