I don't think he's trying to promote the fight is the thing. I think the first time he said something like this there wasn't even a fight to promote. This is the 2nd time I've heard him saying this sorta thing, but it is the first time its directed at a specific person which ups the ante on it for sure.

If he did something maliciously in the ring that resulted in the death, like he drops him & just keeps hitting him over & over while he's down as the ref is trying in vain to pull him off or flipping him over the top rope & he lands on his head or just something crazy-ish against boxing rules type sh^t, I suppose I could see that. I mean James Butler did do some time for his cheap shot in the ring after that one fight back in the day. But if it was just a standard run of the mill ring death idk that there is any legal leg to stand on in charging someone with murder.
