Will the next Undisputed 147 champ become Undisputed 154 champ?

Will the next Undisputed 147 champ become the Undisputed 154 champ.

Right now, it seems like one of the undefeated 147 champs (Spence, Thurman, and Crawford) will become Undisputed by the end of 2020.

All of the 154 champs are looking a little vulnerable. Charlo suffered his first loss to Harrison, who was stopped by Hurd, who suffered his first loss to Williams, who was stopped by Charlo. Munguia is still undefeated, but just edged a MD win.

Spence and Crawford are ranked much higher P4P than anyone at 154. Will there be an Undisputed 147 champ vs an Undisputed 154 champ fight in 2021?

If its Bud I tend to doubt it although I think he could win a belt. I suspect he's reached his ceiling on divisions so idek if he'd attempt a move up.

If its Spence I think he could. I tend to think the money of 160 could draw him away from 154 before he does it doe. If this Canelo vs Spence talk grows into something real that could be the biggest fight in boxing in 2022 or somewhere around that time. I mean Spence is older than Canelo. He needs to make some sh^t happen if he's gonna be a HOF level fighter.

If Thurman, Porter or somehow Manny ends up being the guy at 147 I don't think any of them find themselves THAT successful at 154. Again belts are at a all time low in value so I could see any of them find the right fight for a belt to win one of them, but being undisputed is a whole other thing & I couldn't see any of them reach that goal.

Canelo has fought at 168, so I don't think it would be wise for Spence to jump from 147 to 160 before picking up at least one belt at 154 first, to see how he handles the extra weight and bigger opponents.

I think it's possible Crawford never goes above 147, but his fight night weight is heavier than Mayweather and Pacquiao ever were, who both won titles at 154.

Crawford was Undisputed at 140, it would be very impressive if he beats a big welterweight like Spence to become Undisputed at 147. If he then goes on to end his career by becoming the Undisputed champ at 154 as well, he'd be an ATG.

I don't suspect he will thats why I expect Spence to figure out 147 & do some damage at 154 before Canelo is seriously on the table at 160 in 2022 or there about.

Eh I think people make too much of fight night weights. But I just think Bud is too small physically, not just weight-wise, to win 4 belts at 154. A belt seems doable. But there are a lot of big dudes at 154.

Eh I'm not into that atg sh^t so much.

I don't think there is much of an argument to be had today that Bud isn't among the best of his era TODAY. Granted his 135 & 140 runs didn't have a W that really felt like it was a defining win, but you can't control that as a boxer sometimes. You can control being #1 & he's been not just a title holder in 3 divisions he's been the #1 guy in 2 of them & when its all said & done he could be the last man standing in the 3rd division

If the 4 belts are separated, then I don't see Bud trying to pick up all 4 belts one at a time. But right now, 2 of the belts are unified by Julian Williams after he defeated Hurd. Harrison has 1 belt. The winner of Charlo-Harrison 2 will probably fight the winner of Williams-Hurd 2.

In 2020, one PBC fighter will have 3 out of 4 belts at Welterweight. Then, that fighter will fight Top Rank's Crawford in 2020 or 2021.

In 2020, one PBC fighter will have 3 of the 4 belts at Super Welterweight. Then, that fighter will fight Top Rank's Munguia in 2020 or 2021.

Which means that there's a good chance that there will be an Undisputed champ in both divisions at the same time. Crawford could go up for one super fight.

We won't get a Undisputed Champion at 147, I think IF Spence beats Shawn Porter then of course he will want the winner of Thurman vs Pacquiao however if he can't get that then I think Spence Jr moves up to 154 and start working up to the Canelo fight which is a MEGA FIGHT starting to pick up steam.

At 154...Munguia vs the other Champions is something that seems to rarely even come up on top of the WBO not ranking any of the Top 154 Contenders. He too likely moves up to 160 without ever fighting the other Top 154 guys

Maybe. But I'd still bet against Bud winning all the belts regardless if its one person he needs to beat or 2 to 4. I think he's physically too small.

I feel like if I was betting right now I'd bet he won't even seriously attempt a 154 run let alone fight a undisputed, unified or single belt title holder.

Spence will man handle all of 147 & then 154 so yes he would.

Dude has the "it" factor. I see him retiring before turning 40 yrs old undefeated
