Hey brother, is it common that it takes 2.5yrs for someone to get to a trial in Argentina?

Or is there some reason its taken so long for him to find himself in court finally? Cuz I know it can take a long time in the US sometimes too to get to trial.

Obviously if he did this f#ck him, but thinking about this from if someone is innocent it'd f#cking suck to be in prison for 2.5yrs awaiting a trial to prove you're innocent.

the justice system right now is really fucked, there's a lot of people in jail with no trial nor proofs while investigations are still ongoing "just in case"
