So I think Canelo should take a "stay-busy" fight, and then fight Andrade in December! Munguia is perfect for the occasion! I don't think Canelo should fight Callum Smith in September, and follow that up with Andrade! That's asking too much!

yea they should forget about Smith, for now

Canelo will WRECK Munguia if that fight happens !!

Canelo selecting Munguia is not much better than Golovkin selecting Vanes in my book

at least Vanes had experience, and had been in big fights..... even if he was inactive and coming off a loss.....

Munguia is basically coming off a loss

    fair point about Andrade

fcuk September anyway, who cares..... when you are making your name, maybe..... but Canelo is way bigger than that now, surely?

why confine yourself to a date, limiting your options and limiting your career direction?..... could be wrong, but I doubt that date would make any difference to their revenue streams at this point

Saul is having a great career. He's in his prime with a slew of great matchups to choose from and he doesn't shy away from big challenges.

What more can you ask for?

Delacoka fishnets is doing him a grave disservice by saying such ******ity that anyone with sense would advise against.
Canelo is a boss and might actually move up. My guess is it would be at 172 with a rehydration clause. That's okay by me since Canelo would be moving up more than 1 weight class against the BEST LHW in the world right now. A guy who has 1 loss (didnt lose in 1st Ward fight sorry) and has been at LHW a long time...strong at the weight

I think Callum Smith is more likely than Kovy, but I'm excited for either. Might also see Canelo fight another top SMW not named Callum Smith first

              I guess we'll see !

Munguia is a champion at 154, is a large JMW, is undefeated, is very active

Vanes is a fringe contender at 154, hadn't fought in 2 years, never fought at MW, 3-3 in his last 6 fights before retiring, took GGG fight in 12 days notice

                Yeah...basically the same thing.

                You fucking Trump trash

Mexican Ca$hnelo whooped Black Jacobs. Too bad racist prick

Yeah I couldn't agree more. Happy to have Ca$hnelo here!!

Hoping for a few of these fights in the next 2-3 years:

                  - Andrade
                  - Borat 3 (May or September 2020)
                  - Callum Smith
                  - Hurd (or whoever comes out atop JMW)
                  - Billy Joe Saunders
                  - Caleb Plant
                  - David Benavidez

Cant fight killers EVERY time out so I'm okay with a couple of:

                  - David Lemiuex
                  - Jamie Munguia
                  - Sulecki

I guess I need help. I'm not Mexican, or Mexican American. I have a question for those who are, "Would Canelo vs. Munguia draw 50K in attendance in Texas?" How would Canelo be viewed if he fought Munguia in September?

You know I usually f--ks with you...You Buggin' Fam! Those dates are like Platinum! Why does the NFL own Thanksgiving? Why does the NBA own Christmas? May and September are as valuable to boxing as 3/17 used to be in the 19th Century!
