He'll get a shot at Wilder even if he lost to AJ, look at Breazeale. What if he loses to some random hot dog vendor in the time between, he's never getting a shot.

5 years ago this muhfücka was probably bargain hunting the Mcdonald's menu and now he's turning down title shots for a Chris Arreola fight.

I mean the reason for this fight would be to get him good exposure on big FOX on the UC of Spence/Porter against an opponent that will make it a fan friendly fight and then eventually would lead him to the Wilder fight. Smart to put this guy back on FOX.

arreola will come in shape. i think this is a good fight. and for kownacki it's perfect. a good win over a decent name that's on downslide for some time. with title implications. arreola will earn good money, and have the opportunity to jump right back in the picture. this will be a GREAT fight.
