      Nah, I don’t think so.

He will probably be retired by then. I expect Crawford to leave boxing sooner than later. Following Ward and Bradley's footsteps.

Spence and Crawford are too competitive for the fight not to happen. You could tell it bugs them when they hear the other will beat them or the other is the best at WW. That is why I am optimistic the fight will happen.

More than who is #1, it is the best match up in boxing and a true legacy defining fight. Years from now the winner will be recognized as the better fighter and the best WW of their era.

And I would be criticizing him, but I'm referring to what's actually happening, not this "if" scenarios some people like to throw around to justify their own bias.

as long as you know arum would be doing the exact same thing, which im sure you do realize, you cant say much

haymon has plenty of good, interesting, fights he can make with his own welterweights! he can unify 3 belts inhouse!!!!

some of you cant get that through your thick heads...spence porter n pac thurman are good fights and can unify belts

theres no what ifs or biases....bob would do the exact same thing....crawford will have to wait

ur sitting here crying but were prob cool when bob pulled fury out of a wilder rematch werent you?!?!

I think you're barking at the wrong "audience" here. I criticize everyone in the boxing world being difficult. Arum, Haymon, Hearn, networks, AJ, Wilder, Canelo, GGG, etc. I don't have alliances to specific parties, therefore I don't have to use the "if" argument. Do I think Arum would do the same? Absolutely, but I don't subscribe to the two wrongs make it right mentality. When Arum is at it again, which is only a matter of time, I will happily express my disapproval, but I will do the same to Al and PBC, and that seems to bother certain people.

Crawford is a paper champ at 147. He's the one who needs to legitimize his belt

I don’t feel like he is. He beat a real champ who beat the best in the division at the time.
