I'm a conspiracy theorist on all this "man strength" bs doe. I've seen 15 year olds with so called "man strength". And I've seen mfers who been weak from day 1 til day last.

Granted you can get stronger if you put in actual work. I'm not denying that, but there isn't a day a male human reaches where he suddenly just wakes up 20% stronger then the day before & there is no trajectory post-puberty where you just naturally gain 5% jumps in strength per year or some such sh^t til you fully graduate to your "man strength". This "man strength" theory is nuts.
Bruh I struggled to gain muscle all my life even with supplements. But from the ages of 25-30 I been gaining lots of muscle without supplements.

I don't even have to weight lift that hard like I can go to gym for a month and gain lots of muscle and strength.

From my personal experience man strength is real dawg.

He may be right. It did take Shakur a lot of cheapshot punches to the back of the head of that guy in the parking garage to keep him down. I used to like this kid but after that trash, I hope karma comes back around to cash in.
