Does Canelo have a good resume?

You would think with who he beat but at the same time his supporters are not that sharp in the head imo.

That goes for the boxers who support him as well as his die hard fans.

His best "win" is GGG. Yet they call GGG overrated or worse straight up bum. Bumlovkin is what they call him?

If this is his best win how is Canelo p4p? He even arguably lost to this "bum".

You cant have it both ways big up his resume while discrediting his opponent.

Best resume in the sport hands down.....Its almost to th point where Canelo has to look far outside his division to find a viable opponent as he cleaned them out already; theres almost nowhere for him to go in 3-4 fights unless some of those welters, jmw move up.....

Its a testament to Floyd how he mopped the floor with Canelo though; shows Floyd may have never truly showed his true skillset in the ring, vs Canelo he was game, all in his mix from the first bell on

Yes, his resume doesnt consist of only onesolid name. Thus, GGG isnt the sole dictator on whether his resume is good or not.

Plus, the argument you make could go for every fighter that has a decent sized fanbase. In fact, many think Canelo is a disgrace and cherry picks and robs fighters every time out. Yet the same folks say GGG beat him in both fights, as if it were Golovkin's saving grace for such a weak resume.

GGGs resume is weak but he’s not overrated. I still think he’s close to top 5 p4p

Canelo has the best resume in the sport

It looks great on paper but theres a very strong case he could have 5 losses and most of the guys hes beat have seen better days.

Triple jab is a good boxer. He is ok. He just isn’t this killer monster boogeyman that no one from 54-68 can go 12 with... that’s all. He isn’t what triple jab fans praise him to be. He is a fraud with a fake smile that’s it. That knocks out bums and throws a lot of jabs with the elite.

It cannot be debated that Canelo has a good resume at least. He had a good one 6 years ago the debate now is does he have a great resume.
