Was Canelo vs Jacobs the Perfect Boxing Match?

The whole thing was beautiful to see. A great mix of evasion and aggression between two equally matched opponents. Top level defense and footwork. Smart punching. Switching hitting. Masterful head movement and distance control. Shifting gears/levels. Even some phone booth moments. Anyone remember a better match from a pure technical standpoint?

No Jacobs didnt fight tall. He was too buys in the early rounds being passive. He just didnt do enough.

Canelo boxed very well. It was good for boxing skill but as a fight it was average at best.

That was the "switching gears" part

I don't care for fights. Give me a chess match any day.
