Apparently Oscar was hungover & had surgery on his leg the day before his 3rd pro fight vs Paris Alexander.

He talks about Arum b^tching him out & threatening him after he said he was leaving.

Also the place Rocky fought Spider Rico at in the first Rocky was the place that Oscar eventually trained in as a amateur & that he would eventually buy as an adult.

Solid listen cuz Oscar loosens up around his long time friend Mario.

i remember that a while back, oscar also donated money to cancer centers in la, i believe that was due to his moms passing not entirely sure. pretty cool to have a high school named after you.

Oscar de la Hoya saved my brother-in-laws' cousin's son. He used to do Oscar's garden and one day he had to take his son with him and he fell in the pool, not knowing how to swim. Oscar pulled him out. Had to be late 90's.
