    This a joke?

They gave you the fight. This old veteran beat you up and made you look silly.

Any other top prospect would have knocked you out

I was impressed with Roach. It looked like the fight was slipping away from him but he made the adjustment to use his distance more and closed the fight strong.

Exactly right. I'm not convinced Lamont Roach can beat Freddie Roach, never mind other contenders. Permission to end this thread now?

Lamont, regardless of how you feel about your performance, your handlers know what's up. His next fight will most likely be against an Oquendo level opponent or even slightly lower maybe.

I haven't been impressed with you Lamont you are struggling to defeat B+ - C level Fighters. I can't see Roach ever beating an Elite fighter or getting a title,. The man will probably be a gatekeeper at most.

Is he always so flat and slow in punching? Roach seemed to have no snap on his punches

Roach is just blowing smoke. He know he's hit a wall, and actually has been close to tapped out in spots before. Very weak performance Saturday, from a very weak 'also ran' level fighter.

His 'E' doesn't stand for 'Elite'. It stands for 'Empty'.
