Canelo was already my #1 P4P. He beating much higher level of competition and does it so many different ways. He takes what you give and then decides how to fight you and it's like to your posion come in and risk getting lit up and knocked out by counters. Run from him take no risks and he just ouboxes you. Jacobs who paid 1M to enter the ring 2 weight classes bigger then him and Canelo made his so shook and passive made him miss badly and look foolish doing his Floyd impersonation. Put some respect on his name

Canelo fighting and beating higher level fighters making elite fighters offense fall of a map. Making elite fighters fight shook and scared. beating boogyman in multiple weights. And he's younger then guys you want to put ahead of him who are fighting way way way worse fighters. The two top guys at middleweight he literally beat the Mexican Style out one and then looked like Floyd totally outlassing the other who gave fake Mexican Style a tough fight and many think won.

People just hating on Canelo but after this weekend you got to stop playing and put him #1 P4P.

You talk about context, but forget that Loma/Crawford are fighting average competition. Completely without context.

Think of how awesome Canelo would look if he constantly just fought Josesito Lopez, Rocky Fielding, etc. He would go undefeated destroying everyone.

That's what loma/Crawford are doing. They're the ones without context. Fighting one legged dudes, or washed up has beens. Canelo is stepping it up, that's why he looks less impressive. He's fighting GGG, Jacobs, Lara Cotto, Mayweather, etc.

Have crawford gain some weight and step in the ring with Jacobs, GGG. See how he damn near gets stopped.

Crawford whitewashed Postol, Jeff Horn and Khan. He was more impressive against Khan than Canelo was.

Loma whitewashed Rigo and GRJ. Those are top opponents.

Usyk whitewashed Gassiev in the Super 6 final.

You can argue that those guys aren't as good as the guys Canelo is fighting. But they're wiping them out.

Canelo lost twice to GGG, and barely squeaked out a win vs Jacobs. He is in top 5 P4P, but certainly not #1.

He was already #1 before Jacobs. But it is hilarious how far guys are going to still not give him his rightful stamp. Creating new standards and loops they say Canelo still needs to jump through to give him his props. While lifting up fighters above him who ain't putting in that same work as canelo. lol
