A masterful display of defense by canelo and non of that running to dodge punches BS, canelo stood right in front of Jacobs and made him miss punch after punch. You can tell canelo picked up alotta things from Chavez sr alotta noobs think chavez was just a brawler but in his prime he could play defense beautifully when he wanted and just like canelo he wouldn’t run to avoid shots he would stand there infront of you and make you miss combo after combo.

Beautiful stuff by canelo that’s the real Mexican style fight when you need to but play defense aswell mix it up and apply effective aggression.
