What happened to Jacobs weak chin?

So many people were picking canelo by ko,based on his "devastating power" and Jacobs "weak" chin. They brought up the mora, pirog and ggg fights as examples of Jacobs having a weak chin. In this fight Jacobs stood in front of canelo on multiple occasions, and took flush shots, but not once was he hurt or close to being dropped. So which is it,is Jacobs chin better than what people give him credit for,or is canelos power over exaggerated?

Had DJ went for the KO, his chin would have been crushed.

Jacobs never had a glass chin. That myth was exposed during the GGG fight.

Jacobs has always had a decent chin. Pirog could crack so no shame in that KO. In the Mora fight he got caught being overconfident with a shot he didn't see, many have been dropped by non punchers before with those shots. The GGG fight is GGG, the guy has power. Jacobs wasn't seriously hurt

            Canelo is featherfisted at middleweight.

Lol, Jacobs opened up a lot more against other opponents. Canelo doesn’t have devastating power or anything but Jacobs was too cautious for a reason.

Starting a thread about Jacobs' chin? Should've done one on where was the Jacobs who fought GGG? He was a big disappointment. His talk before the fight and actually how he fought were very different.Spent a lotta time backing up and you're the supposed bigger guy. A few flurries when Alvarez got tired and the odd haymaker, but Jacob's game plan to wait till Alvarez got tired was wrong. He didn't get redhead's respect. If a guy is coming forward back him up.I love watching Mosley vs Margarito because that is the blueprint to get a m#%$ to back the f up,Got damn.
