Jacobs just said at the press conference that he might have stayed to long at 160 and it might have effected his performance and is probably moving to 168

The extra weight made it impossible for him to go for the KO

Minutes before the bell he said he was in perfect condition

Maybe he needed a 40 lb advantage

Losing really does bring out the bltch in a fighter (Sry DJ. I just hate excuse makers).

Exactly. According to DJ, he needed to be 200ish.

Maybe the weight gain was a bad idea?
Jacobs had most of the advantages, his own reflexes and speed were just as good as canelo, the difference is canelo is a much better fighter. Canelo had moments that he looked like pacwuiao with the head feints, which btw is what befuddled jacobs in the mid rds, not speed and reflexes.

He just found out he's really a HW. Cut him some slack.

yeah, I rewatched Jacobs/GGG about a month ago to rescore (people kept screaming Jacobs was robbed) and I was blown away. I didn't remember Jacobs looking so much bigger than G, but it was like 2 weight classes. I know he's got practically 0 legs, but still.

He played with him but was huffing and puffing in 11 and 12? Must of been something else you were watching.
