Attended this. Never been to a open workout before.

Was a lil lame at first cuz the first 4 or 5 guys just shadowboxed. Think Sadam or some other guy was the first to put on some gloves & hit the mitts which was a lil more fun to watch.

Got a Canelo bandana. Some girl was giving out some DAZN shirts or something with a signup thing. I passed. I ain't wearing no app tshirt. Shoulda gotten it & sold it to Frankie2jabs I guess doe.

Didn't even realize Jojo was fighting so was surprised to see him there at all. I shadowbox better than they guy he's fighting. Don't know if that means anything or not, but I took it as a bad sign for Jojo's opponent.

Elie was there. Didn't seem as dork-ish as he comes off on his videos, but he was only around the spot I was at for 5 minutes or so so maybe he can avoid saying goofy sh^t for at least 5 minutes idk.

Jessie Vargas was there for some Spanish station.

And man respect, love & appreciation to Tecate Ringcard Girl Janira who stole the mfing show. She weighs 87lbs I bet, but she's high energy as f#ck. She was friendly with everyone & dancing the whole time damn near. Other blonde girl looked like she took a percocet before work.

Was there a big crowd to watch, are people getting hyped for Saturday?

Never been to a open workout so got nothing to compare it to. And it was the undercard workout to so no Canelo or Jacobs.

Had a fair crowd for the ring being setup by the sportsbook which ain't really an ideal spot for a big crowd necessarily. A good % left along the way. Think a good % left post-JoJo (who randomly had green hair).

I never really give a f#ck about ringcard girls tbh. I mean obviously they are gonna look nice &/or have nice bodies & all that, but Janira is more than just a pretty face. She brings it up a couple levels more than the rest. Never realized that til seeing her live. She's the Michael Buffer of ringcard girls maybe lol.
