Miller would be a sitting target, he would have gotten plastered with unanswered right hands until getting stopped. Ruiz offers a little more movement, and throws more than one punch at a time. I think he still gets tuned up from the outside, and will have a difficult time finding his way inside without paying the price. Likely gets TKO'd in mid rounds.

No, its not that complicated. He's Mexican, so he eats 10-12 of those sweetbread conchas every morning for breakfast. My wife is Mexican and her bros both look just like Ruiz. All Chicano Mexicans over 6ft tall have that body (to include the tats).
