What's the thread title? Golovkin vs Proksa dates back to 2012 for HBO's debut. David Greisman starting talking about VADA since when? Why did he ask Abel if GGG would do advance drug testing back in 2014 and Abel saying, ''He's never done any of that?''
HBO commentated for Bradley vs Vargas that VADA was the best thing in the game...yet Golovkin was just as big hype as them, and his fight with Lemieux was later that year. How times did GGG fight and none of that was stated?Comment

dude wtf are you on about? HBO wanted G to avoid drug testing? How is this at all obvious or logical?Btw, Greisman just doing his job. He wouldn't need to do a witchhunt, but the logical time map for VADA around GGG and Abel where Ryan Martin and Cuadras under Abel were suspect... criticism should be towards Abel and GGG during that time. Since they have parted ways it's easier to talk about now.
So David Greisman reported about VADA in 2012. Mosley and Canelo were VADA the same year..
In 2014, Greisman asked Abel Sanchez if they'd do advanced drug testing...Abel responded, ''if someone else does it we will too''... even though GGG was being built on HBO. One could only DEDUCE that HBO helped build GGG to avoid advanced drug testing. Isn't this obvious?
It wasn't until LATE 2015 that GGG finally did VADA with David Lemeiux, and their testing started 22 days away from the fight.
Are VADA jokesters?
Greisman reporting about VADA in 2012:
Dr. Margaret Goodman, once the chief ringside physician for the Nevada State Athletic Commission, has remained involved with combat sports, albeit in a different role. She’s now the president and board chairwoman of the Voluntary Anti-Doping Association, a nonprofit agency that was in the headlines earlier this year when it conducted drug testing for major fights that resulted in positive tests for Lamont Peterson and Andre Berto. Goodman spoke with BoxingScene.com earlier in August about VADA and about testing for performance enhancing drugs in combat sports. In part 1 of this interview, Goodman describes why VADA needed to be founded and how the agency came to be.

VADA was barely known in 2012, and Golovkin fought his first fight in the US that year. Dude was getting like 200k per fight. He's not gonna voluntarily give 10% of it to some unknown agency - and neither did most other people. He got his first big fight in 15 and did VADA. Nothing needs to be said.Comment
