It’s not dumb we just disagree. Floyd is for me second most technical boxer of this generation right now, and he is P4P above Loma in ranking on my overall list because of he had more power until he was unable to deliver it with his fragile hands.

But I believe Crawford will prove himself to be a step up as an all rounder before he retires because even Floyd couldn’t switch hit the way he can.

“I have zero respect for (Lomachenko) for his comments that he made about Floyd’s legacy,” Ellerbe told BoxingScene.com. “The Tank (Davis) stuff, that’s fight talk, so you ignore that.

“Floyd Mayweather has accomplished more in his career than this kid would ever accomplish, for starters, and whoever advised him or told him to make those comments as it relates to Floyd’s career, that wasn’t very smart.”

A lot has been said in the past year, but Ellerbe wasn’t happy with Lomachenko saying Mayweather wasn’t an athlete. Lomachenko said those comments in March during an interview with Teddy Atlas on THE FIGHT podcast.

Lomachenko said Mayweather and Davis put money first over making compelling bouts.

“They are businessmen, they are not athletes,” Lomachenko told Atlas. “They are making money. I am an athlete and I want to fight with the top fighters for history. For my history and for boxing history.”

Not sure I understand your comment...if you're asking why Lomachenko is higher up most p4p lists I'd say it's because of what he's achieved in such a short time period...can't speak for other people but I'd say it's a combination of that and the fact that (warranted or not) there's been quite a bit of controversy around some of Canelo's biggest fights. If you reckon it's because Canelo is Mexican, I think that's your own issue, besides look at Canelo he's as Irish as I am

You are quoting Ellerbe who is thin skinned and read into things that Loma didn't say in context. He never said anything about Floyd's whole career. On the contrary when directly talking about Floyd and his career in other interviews he says only respectful things about Floyd. Ellerbe is your typical moron who reads into things and misinterprets. Loma was only talking about the fact that Tank is only concerned with getting pay days and if they come from taking on cans, not mandatories, all the better, as long as he gets more money. Tank talks big but then ducks Loma. Mayweather is setting Tank up like a business, not like a promoter of athletes for the sake of being the best athlete out there. It's about the money. And we all know that's Floyd's strategy with Tank. You know it, I know it, Ellerbe knows it. Remember, English is Loma' s 3rd language. You have to look at full context and not cherry pick and take things out of context.
Loma wasn't referencing Mayweather's career. He was talking about Tank and the promotion of Tank. Anything can be taken out of context but there are numerous vids where Loma directly is asked about Floyd's career. Directly in context and he answers with paragraphs of praise and respect. Ellerbe took one context and over extended it to another out of context. The signs of a super sensitive and insecure person looking for slight everywhere. It's the signs of someone lacking clarity and balance. A fool. Teo on the other hand has said the same **** over and over again. In full context he shows no respect for other great fighters.

Its exactly as Lomachenko says, the strong ones are the silent ones, Teofimo career is likely to be a short one as an undefeated fighter, good bombs yes, but nothing else, he is a rabbit in the headlights when he is being attacked due to his inexperience.
