I scored the fight even. I thought that the 12th round was the pivotal round. I said to Golovkin in the corner that I thought we were behind in about the 8th or 9th, and I told him I needed the rounds at the end. I thought it was even, but you know what? Canelo won, and that’s what’s important.”

“I think it merits (a third fight). I think this fight was a one-round fight.”

Sanchez also said in another interview that he felt Golovkin took the 12th round off

This is my favorite in yet another interview Sanchez asked in front of GGG did he think the decision was fair and does he have a message for upset GGG fans who thought he won the fight lol

Sanchez message to GGG fans was
"We appreciate the support, But we can't be hypocritical and ***** about every decision that doesn't go our way. Listen the judges were good judges and they saw the fight for Canelo"
LMAO! I have ALWAYS said Jeff Mayweather is the smartest best boxing iq of all the mayweathers & here he is proving me right as usual. (I know the other trainer mayweathers are already senile & gone in the brain,so its not saying a whole lot atm,but still jeffs ALWAYS seemed articulate & incredibly schooled in boxing)If a top fighter hired Jeff they'd be much better,ANY boxer, I've been saying Eubanks dumb ass should've been hired him. What you think?

Every morning Abel wakes up in his million dollar home and gets out of his thousand dollar, memory foam bed, he should get down on his knees and thank the Universe for the day he met Golovkin. :-)

            Of course it was.

Same reason why Pacquiao fired Roach, because Roach was going around saying Floyd won and refused to go along with the pac fans and anti Floyd group spreading that Floyd lost. So he got fired.

GGG got salty cause his own trainer didn’t think he won and was going around saying GGG didn’t fight the way they planned.

GGG not fighting the way Abel wanted in the second fight is what got him back in the fight. By him boxing and not going with Abel's "plan," made Golovkin much more effective in the second half. If he had did that earlier, who knows how much more success he would have had.

I don't doubt that was in play for GGG. I suspect Abel not able to help him get the W was the bigger end of it.

But I don't think its a crazy idea & maybe the biggest end of the decision or lack of an agreement that maybe GGG was overpaying Abel at a % when at this level & when you're a huge name in the sport a fee is more standard. And I lean this way based on what I've heard thus far.

Only GGG & Abel know for sure whats what.

Most likely. Gg was salty that Abel kept saying he didn’t do enough to win while gg cried walking back to the locker room without giving an interview.

He offered him low money cause he didn’t have the balls to just fire him.
