The only thing special about Donaire is his ability to make the weight

I am not sure. He is a great little fighter but time well tell if he is remembered as an all time great. He hurt himself by fighting well above his best weight and losing and getting KOed by bigger men. If he had stayed at the low weights he might be undefeated and have a better chance at being known later as an all time great. If he beats Inoue and takes no more losses he may get there but I think Inoue will knock him out.
