I don't care what anyone says about beards don't protect you. Maybe they don't protect you, but they are camo for the chin. I wanna see a mfers chin clear as day when I fight him so I got my target programmed in.

It's not up to the commission, is it? I thought it was up to the other fighter. I remember Freddie Roach saying he only made Broner shave his beard because he knew Broner liked having it, not to see the chin or anything, just a psychological thing. That's an old photo anyway not from the fight.

Is it old? I didn't realize if so. When last I seen him I just know his beard wasn't THAT big so I assumed he grew it out more not that this pic is old & I'd seen a newer pic.

As to the beard rules I think it depends on the commission, but yea if the other team brings it up they will usually make them shave it down at least. I'd be making cats always shave it down cuz like I said I think its camo for the chin & I'm not fully convinced it doesn't provide some degree of cushion. If that cushion helps one enough to matter idk.
