At least Loma didn't get dropped by a smaller man like Roman Martinez. At least when he got dropped, it was to one of the fastest punchers/a bigger fighter.

The reality is Spence was the bigger prize for the bigger money. I don't think it was about risk anyway. Better money & a belt in a 5th division vs a guy who is on the P4P list to isn't a 2nd prize by any means.

Hell man Mikey SHOULDA fought Loma with how lil he seemed to put forth an effort vs Spence just for my viewing entertainment ffs. No way he wouldn't have attempted more sh^t against Loma regardless if it was successful or not so it'd been a more fun watch.
