How Are People Gonna Handle This Big Baby NY Loophole Situation?

Okay idk how legit this is or isn't still, but I'm seeing it being said all over that apparently since Big Baby didn't have a NY license when he was found to have trace amounts of blood in his steroid system he can't be suspended by NY. He can only be denied a NY license.

Idk if this means he could be suspended by another state where he does have a license currently (if thats even the case), but that he isn't set to fight at or not or there is some reverse loophole that can get Big Baby suspended as he should be. But I know I'm not super confident that every state & country will take note of this situation & not allow him to fight.

So feel free to speculate on how you think that can or will or will not be resolved.

But one other thing I'm also curious of is Eddie gonna drop him from Matchroom now since he was obviously disgusted with Big Baby's actions?

    Do ABC groups unrank him?

Is he gonna get a scarlet letter with major promoters/platforms for some period of time that shoulda been his time suspended or is he 3 months from getting a fight somewhere with someone? Will minor promotions/platforms run to do a deal with him like crabs trying to crawl out of a bucket?

Basically how do you see this all shake out if Big Baby doesn't get the suspension for what I'm sure most all of us feels he should have coming for this situation?

didn't you watch the video of Baby Millers apology?

he looked sincere and almost in tears. That should be enough punishment for him for what he did

just leave the man alone. Everything is forgiven

looking forward to his next fight

Nothing is going to be done! He would continue to fight down the line. When Lamont pederson failed a drug test what happened? He made a video, pull a puppy eye and said he was juicing before the Khan first fight. One organisation strip him and the other didn’t, he continued to fight after that even though he admit fighting Khan with pellet of tetesterone in his body. Unless you go to the extreme of shooting them nothing happens. Yeah get taken off the ranking like Fury, and what happens down the line? Brought back in by an organisation WBC as a mandatory (Whilst clean athlete can’t get their shot at the champion holding the belt)...

Force him to gain 80 pounds of pure fat or impose a lifetime weight limit of 240 force him to get rid of his ill gotten gains

That would be a start, and it need to be regulated across the board.

He came out with a statement said it was all lies and he'll be vindicated. Failed two more tests.

                then said sorry.

This wasn't even the first time, he was busted once when he was a kickboxer a few years ago and was given a nine-month ban. Now after this crap, he should get suspended in every state and in every country around the world for at least 4 years.

His career is most likely done. If you take the HGH and EPO out of his system he won't be able to be a physical beast at 317 lbs with great stamina and workrate. HGH and EPO, that's some hardcore Lance Armstrong doping lol.

Not knowing how boxing licenses work in the US, his last fight was in Kansas. Surely that would mean he is still licensed to fight there. If they ban/suspend him, would the other commissions have to honour it?
