Ugh. Tete vs Inoue was the fight.

Well I do respect they are keeping up with their outlined rules (except for the finals anyway since Groves didn't get replaced when he was injured). It is what it is, but I doubt people are gonna love it that when you get all these names together in one place finally for a super tournament in a division that if a top guy gets injured it changes the whole structure of the tournament.

Might wanna consider changing that doe cuz I think the people involved from the start are the people wanna see fight the other guys in the semis & finals not random guys they never heard of jumping in late.

Be a mfing shame if Donaire wins this whole thing cuz Inoue gets injured before the finals lmfao.

More disappointing news, and another insanely lucky break for Donaire

Eh just looked up this Young guy & he's got a bs manufactured as f#ck record.

          18 W's & only 5 W's over guys with a winning record.

5-1-2 (1) overall vs guys with winning records (& two of those guys were 1-0 & 6-3).

13-0-1 (6) overall vs guys with losing (or even) records.

1/3 (6-0, 1KO) of his W's were over guys with no professional victory to their name.

Best W is over some cat named Juan Lopez (11-1 at the time with a disputed split decision L to Oscar Cantu).

His only L was so some nice looking Thailand prospect who's 21-0 (18) as we speak who he lasted 12 rounds with.

Nonito should handle this one for a better retirement at the hands of P4P Inoue.

Ugh. Young is very ordinary. Was so looking forward to Tete. Inoue-Donaire is a good final. Like to see the winner face Tete and then Luis Nery.

Maybe it's just sentimentality, but it's cool to see a guy who was fighting for titles in the mid-late 2000s getting a few breaks and coming out on top. I always like Donaire from back in the Ken Hershman Showtime glory days.

I was there at Florida when Young lost his zero.

Let me tell u, he's nothing special. He won't give Donaire problems.

Heck, the one who should be getting a crack at Donaire should be Gaballo, the one who gave Young the L

BANTAM IS THE MOST STACKED DIVISION RIGHT NOW!!

                  8 "champs" at 118

(btw, Gaballo is not Thai. He's from Philippines. A fight would've been made quick with Donaire.

Thats a great f#cking point actually.

How did this 21-0 (18) solid looking prospect not get the call up to the WBSS & this random ass guy with a bs manufactured record did???? That makes no sense to me.

I mean Tete being out sucks massively of course & I'd rather have him than anything else, but if we are gonna put in a sub can't we get a nice looking prospect sub instead of this guy or that kickboxer dude who Callum fought iirc last WBSS. Wtf with these bs subs. Lets put someone in there who could maybe be a legit guy & make a name for himself.

Too many beltholders at 118. At the very least, Donaire should be fighting the WBO interim which is Casimero to eliminate one of the belts. Or the WBA interim which is Gaballo.
