It's a shame Abel is throwing him under the bus so I don't fault GGG. These guys worked together for too long for Abel to out their issues. He could simply wish him well and just move on but he's clearly upset that he won't eat any of the $100 million. Abel wasn't that supportive of GGG in lead up to the Canelo rematch either

No need to put all the business out there to assasination his character. I bet if he was offering more than before, we wont hear Jack. Business mode is what it is for GGG at the moment, good for him. Abel wasnt teaching him anything new anyway cos even when GGG wanted to box, Abel would rather have him block punches with his head. Abel never improved GGG’s defense. He’s not the one getting punched in the face either. Although at this age, I don’t know how much GGG can improve. He should hire Virgil Hunter to improve his foot work.
