I hope pac stops fighting mexican fighters who are about to retire and fight the many hungry prime mexican fighters waiting in line to knock out pac...ponce de leon would easily demolish pac in less than 2 rounds...i've said it for a couple of years and finally ponce is getting notice...hopefully pac will fight him and a new era of mexican fighters will come.

Yea man , that's what I said. De leon use to telegraph his punches but when I saw him in this fight, man he looked faster and more complete.

Morales has a rematch clause. There's no way around it.

Barrera is top ten pound for pound and wants a rematch. No matter how any of you try and spin it he's a worthy opponent and deserves a chance to redeem himself.

If you think Ponce DeLeon's handlers would put him in with Manny at this point, you're outrirght ******. THINK. There is NO WAY he's ready for a fight like that yet. You want to see another Vargas incident?

saw the fight and it was a hell of a KO, de leon has a lot of power, about matching him with pac? that would be a tad premature IMO, he should try to move to featherweight first and test the waters there, i also heard they trying to get boom boom bautista to fight de leon, its a little too early for boom boom in that case he should have at least 4 more fights with higer level of competition

Ponce de Leon is not a "Mexican". He is a Tarahumara Indian raised in the city, which explains his ponytail (Tarahumara don't wear ponytails), the ****** leather outfits (Tarahumara don't wear leather), the war paint (which Tarahumara don't use), and the waist band worn around his head, rather than his waist. He looks so crappy because no legitimate Mexican trainer has ever taught him how to fight. They are just using him to pad their own bank accounts. Mexicans treat Mexican Indians worse than trash.

BTW, most of the Thai boxers, including the champs going back to Muangsurin, were kickboxers in Thailand, hence their lesser boxing skills which are compensated by their strength and heart. They would take most Western boxers out rather easily with kicks, elbows, and knees given the opportunity, but boxing is where the money is.
