So is this happening or will something/someone stop it from being made?

Great fight. Actually surprised it's happening though. I thought Joyce had his eye set on trying to get to world title level in a few fights.

That said, he has teamed up with Adam Booth. Maybe Booth felt it's a good fight for their first training camp.

Also, i didn't think Warren would go for this. He is keeping Gorman and Dubois apart, so i didn't think he would throw him in with Joyce.

Hope it happens. Still not sure it will.

No f#cking way. I don't know that I buy this.

Warren, Dubois or Joyce saying anything about it yet?

Seems like a no win situation for Joyce. Dubois can afford a L, but Joyce is on borrowed time already & honestly fighting Dubois is a massive step down after fighting a ex-title holder last time out. If Joyce wins he was supposed to beat the young less proven prospect & if he loses his career is virtually dead in the water. Sh^t man the more I think of it its damn near a death blow for Joyce's career if he loses. A L to Ortiz or Kownacki is much more forgivable right now than a L to Dubois.

Theres been a lot of following between Gorman and Matchroom Twitter accounts going on recently. Not sure what to make of it tbh. Whether Warren going to let him go over for a fight, or something more substantial. https://twitter.com/GormanBoxing/following

Great news! Credit to Frank Warren for risking Dubois.

Got a horrible feeling this fight still doesn’t happen though...

You & me both. Along with other's I'd assume.

Booth isn't thinking right then. Sh^t man go fight Travis Kaufman or something.

Also, i didn't think Warren would go for this. He is keeping Gorman and Dubois apart, so i didn't think he would throw him in with Joyce.
I think the move when you got two promising prospects is to keep them away from each other & ideally have them both win belts & then unify for max benefit much further down the line.

I know in the UK there is more crossroad fights earlier on in guys' careers, but both those guys have a good chance to go a ways I feel like so its the smart move to keep them away from each other.

Hope it happens. Still not sure it will.
Same. Interesting fight, but seems a lil too interesting & honestly like a dumb move by Team Joyce.
