If they wanted to fight they should have come out with this stuff DAYS ago. That way the pressure would increase on Hearn to improve the offer (supposing he didn't just offer the Miller purse which is the most likely scenario).

What they actually did was wait until they knew it would be too late and then make a very strange and inconsistent statement which makes no sense.
