If Porter is actually willing to face Spence, he should try to pick up that belt prior to the end of the year. If Pacquiao-Thurman has happened, Spence can try to get the winner also early next year. That way in the summer or end of 2020 Spence-Crawford could be a unification fight. Meanwhile Crawford can fight someone like Kell Brook lmao. But if Porter/Thurman want to **** around, Spence-Crawford should happen asap. More belts means more on the line and would make for a better fight. I'd go to Dallas to see that for sure.

Agree with your overall take & I think I've more or less said which you're saying before.
I would say that I think a mando situation could extend it out a lil longer, but yea overall I see us being 2-3 fights out from Spence vs Bud.
If I was planning this out I'd throw Spence in with Porter as scheduled in September. I'd throw him in with the Manny/Thurman winner in the 1st quarter of 2020. Then we get a mando out of the way in mid-2020 (might have to vice versa a mando & the Manny vs Thurman winner tbf) if we don't already have Bud lined up. If the got a mando then we make Bud vs Spence in late 2020/early 2021.
On the Bud side I think Brook makes the most sense next in late-ish 2019. Then we get 2 fights against Danny, Thurman after he loses to Manny or Spence, Manny after he loses to Thurman or Spence or Porter after he loses to Spence. Could also throw one of them Eastern Euro TR 147lber in there or a mando fight, but ideally you wanna make Bud vs a name guy if possible. And its possible Boots could even be in play as an opponent in late 2020 if he keeps rising like he's been rising over the next 15ish months.Comment
