Let me tell you something you have these lanky 6ft 7 inch fighters yapping their gums about wanting to fight but as soon as AJ steps on their shores they become silent. You have the biggest heavyweight with the biggest mouth doing the unthinkable and somehow with his short tyrannosaurus arms inject his arse with all kinds of baby oil nutrients. You have Ortiz who has always been talking from a far , silent. Who wants it? The Bronze bomber wants to marinate now he has finally fallen in love with money which is cool. These heavyweights are not as forthcoming as they have made you believe . Who next( Samuel peters voice)

It's funny though.... 'fans' keep blasting Ortiz like he's running from this one. For one thing, we don't know how/if negotiations are going with his people and Joshua's people. Or for that matter, he may not even be at fighting shape right now. He had a fight 6 weeks ago. Did he stay in training since then? We don't know. 'Fans' it seems keep making more and more assumptions as the years pass on. I remember Dad talking about Joe Louis' 'Bum of the Month Club' back in the day. So I understand the concept, and it does happen in the sport, no denying it. But at the end of the day, I'll just sit back and wait on Luis. And if he takes this fight on short notice, he gets a salute from me. If not, so what? It's his decision. He may feel he needs a full training camp, as most fighters do. Personally, I don't think he's running from anyone. But he does need to be paid well at this stage. So we will see how this unfolds. No matter really.... Ruiz will put up a good battle as would Ortiz, Whyte, Fury, Pulev etc.
Smiles..... If 6.5mil Is not been paid well, I ad rather he duck the fight, go have a full camp or camp for a year if he likes and go rematch wilder for 500k.

Am sure that is been paid well for a rematch.

How do some people think on this forum?

He has just gone to check his mate Rigondeaux where my sources tell me they are roller skating and just having a 1980 Olympic reunion night

At this stage in his career he should take the fight with 2 weeks notice. At his age he is better off not doing a full training camp. Ortiz doesn’t make £300,000 in a fight. Do the math.

Personally if a fighter has been vocal for 2 years now about what he will do to Joshua and he gets an opportunity to fight him and not only his promoter but the fighter says he is willing to fight at least a response to tell us you are still alive. I don’t want to hear from you I want to hear from him. You can only say so much , Ortiz has to show us he is worth his salt

yep, Ruiz is highly under rated and probably has the fastest hands in the division.

He would tear up over rated bums like dillian whyte given the chance, and any heavy weight in the uk not called AJ/Fury.

Stop making assumptions and guessing. Opponent isnt announced yet.

The only fighter we know for certain that has run away from AJ and a shot at 3 world titles is - ***** Whyte.
