I think his stock dropped more from quitting than if he had of gone out on his shield.

I predicted Bud would retire Khan although not so much a prediction than a certainty but if you poms get behind this guy again then you guys are delusional and are to blame as much as Khan.

You do not have a lot left. Your foot and hand speed looked off your once elite feature among WW. You had difficulty throwing and landing combos and you were painfully easy to hit you are going downhill

The guy claims the fight wasn't brutal and you can tell he has selective amnesia. He was looking for a way out because it was too hot in there. He talked about his hand speed and all Bud did to deal with that was move a foot backwards and Khan had nothing left. Useless man, he should have taken his beatings like a man. Crawford was softening him to the body waiting for that final shot which would have joined Khan briefly with his ancestors. No more fights left in him, fight Brook and retire.

Fighting to also become a two-weight world champion by adding the WBO welterweight title to his impressive list of honours, Khan had long pursued this opportunity which has likely ended his career at the highest level, leaving him with few remaining lucrative options.

He can fight low level opposition and still make a living but as far as major fights? Unlikely after quitting.
