Unfortunately cuz Arum can't make big fight deals that aren't in house the way this is all gonna work out seemingly is Thurman fights Manny this year. Spence fights Porter this year. And maybe just maybe Bud fights Brook this year. Then in early 2020 Spence fights the Thurman vs Manny winner & Bud will have to fight some TR leftover guy probably or maybe they can send over Danny or Porter or some sh^t. And then if both guys are still undefeated & without some bs mando will get Bud vs Spence in late 2020 or early 2021 to decide who's #1 at 147. Thats my best prediction on how it'll all shake out anyway. Hate that boxing moves so slowly, but thats the reality of all these contracts with promoters, deals with networks & promoter/platform wars more than it has anything at all to do with the fighters is the f#cked up part.
