respect to amir for showing up to the post-fight presser...unlike some other actual and more obvious quitters who talked ish and then didn't show up to talk about what went wrong.
Bud showed class. He admitted it was low and then calmed some idiot non-boxers by saying "y'all didn't feel the punch." I think Khan was hurt by a number of shots, including the low blow. He could've continued hurt but honestly, what would be the point? And yes, that looked like a really hard shot to the groin, there was no pull back on the punch.Last edited by SCEN3RY; 04-21-2019, 01:33 AM.Comment

Wish the guy would just fughin man up and admit he didn’t want to continue
Got all nervous when asked about the punch on his leg
Then rambles he didn’t see the replay ( imo kind of like admitting that the so-called punch to the nuts didn’t happen ) cause I think you know when you get hit to the balls
If your gonna lie about it stick to the fughin lie
Then finally gives credit to Crawford and says he clearly won the fight
WTF , this guy is still hurt from the knockdown cause it don’t make no fughin senseComment

Even Broner sticks around.
These egotistical losers put themselves in a position where they HAVE TO show up.
Unable to continue due to getting hit in the most protected area on a fighter

Broner never quit. Did Rigo show up for Loma after all that talk? Or Walters? Some guys call it quits and can't face the crowd. I think Amir knew he was losing and he probably wanted an out, but he didn't plan on Bud throwing a vicious groin shot. He could've just took the count on the next body shot like Tatli. I think the punch had real leverage on it and it hurt Khan some more because he was already hurt from the other body shots. Maybe I'm wrong. I still think he "quit" in the sense that he could've continued hurt, but it would only be for the point of satisfying fans.Comment
