If so what excercises can be done to be able to withstand such shots?
Testicle push ups? (Like usual push ups but lifting yourself up only using testicles)
Testicle pull ups? (Pull up bar but pulling yourself hanging from testicles)
Testicle pad work? (Hit the pads using testicles only)
