He barely beats the eight count, but no, the ref stop the fight. No questionable stoppage here, though. Khan clearly beat the count, but was groggy on his feet and the ref had no choice but to wave it off.

Khan knew it too cause he let the ref pull out his mouthpiece with ease. But no KO, the fight is rule a no decision because Khan never actually entered the ring.
