How do boxers sleep the night of a match?

Do they plan on getting up like three hours beforehand? How does it go?

Close their eyes, lying on a comfortable bed.

When you are confident and know you gave 110% in your training you sleep like a baby.

I don't know but there are sleeping pills with no side effects as far as I know.

they jsut fall asleep, restless some Im sure but its still some sleep and when the fight happens believe when you get punched in the face you feeling a lil tired or whatever goes out the window and you in fight mode already, that andreline is pumping so yu good to go.

I've always wondered the same thing. I'd have to sedate myself pretty heavily to get any appreciable amount of sleep the night before a fight. I doubt most of these fighters are as high strung as me though. Most of them seem pretty calm and relaxed.

                it's their job.

do you struggle to sleep when you're going to work at Burger King the next day?

Another take on the OP question, what's the optimum sleeping pattern on fight night. Can't imagine they wake up at 8am. Noon ? 3pm ?
