    Very simple concept.
Funny because Adrien Broner taunted his opponents in just about every fight in the same way that Lomachenko does. Even before Broner ended up being the joke he is now he always got s**t for it. I wonder why Lomachenko doesn’t. Hmmm.

Hilarious how all of these fine people are celebration etiquette specialists now. Backflipping in front of KO’d opponents is acceptable. They draw the line at a shoveling motion.

Loma has gotten a lot of flack on here about it. Lots of people don't like his taunting and they don't like it from anybody. Never been a Broner fan but I didn't mind his taunting. I just think he's not nearly as good as Loma. Basically, you're making a racial issue out of nothing.

I went back and looked again at the Loma-Martinez fight. Yeah, that was not good. Loma shouldn't have done that. I agree. And Davis shouldn't have done it to Fonseca and Lopez shouldn't have done it to Magdaleno. I didn't realize Loma did that. Never seen him do that since though. Canelo's reaction after KOing Khan is how it should be done. Make sure the opponent is okay and then celebrate.

This post right here really illustrates the point being made. You should be commended for your honesty .

When Loma does stuff like this, posters and media members either don’t see it, don’t remember it, or don’t criticize it. Yet when Teo or others do it the same guys immediately see it and start the criticism and use the actions to make negative character judgements.

It’s not necessarily racism or individuals being racist that causes this to happen but if you can put yourself in the TS and others shoes you should be able to see that when you see this happening it causes you to become angry and frustrated because it appears to be a double standard.

Joyce backflips after each of his wins. Doesn't stand over his unconscious opponent and "shovel dirt" though

Jessie Magdaleno tried to rush Teo, and it wasn't for the flip

[QUOTE=Nehnenqui;19675396]This article, https://www.boxingscene.com/lopez-im...what-i--138142, which was recently featured on this site starts off with the following:

“TEOFIMO LOPEZ has left a sour taste in the mouths of many by celebrating his explosive victories with backflips and dances in front of his crestfallen opponents.”

Yet I don’t remember these same weirdos that have a problem with Teofimo Lopez’s celebrations having a problem with Lomachenko’s celebrations. I wonder why. No outrage when Lomachenko was doing a backflip in front of Roman Martinez or when he was taunting the overmatched Miguel Marriaga (moving up in weight and coming off of a loss) in the same manner Adrien Broner often taunts his opponents.

I’d love to hear the reasoning why Lopez and others are considered “disrespectful,” “arrogant,” etc., and why these same descriptions aren’t applied to Lomachenko.[/QUOTE. Quit crying about bs
