  • Comments Thread For: Angulo: If I Could Change One Fight In Career, It Would Be Lara

At age 36 and with 15 years in the pro game, Alfredo Angulo is at the point in his career where he remains focused on one final run but also thinking about anything he could've done different prior to this point. Few boxers are fortunate enough to leave the game without ever having tasting defeat, and even fewer among the rest who don't envision having ever done things differently upon further review of any given night that didn't go their way.

And from what I remember golden boy put a clause in his contact to stop him from rehydrating after the weigh in

"Perro's" Iron chin is all but gone now... As much as I'd love for "Margarito lite" to have a comeback I dont see it ending well.

You still my dog "El Perro!" Please be safe, and please figure out a retirement plan! Don't let the roar of the crowd drown out the voice of your child!

That was a good damn fight.

Sort of a low key modern classic.

Perro Angulo is the male version of his real name,Puta angulo. Only a puta would remain crying for yrs after ginger almost blinded him in both eyes & was destroying him so badly the ref had to step in to save his retinas. This clown insisted to this day that he was winning the fight & shouldn't have been stopped because "I come on stronger at the end of fights"

Angulo used to be my favorite fighter just like James Kirkland but him criticizing Canelo and being on GGGs jock was too much! Why Angulo?

                    Re

Angulo got his whole career beaten out of him by James Kirkland.
