Misdemeanor assault? I've been following Stevenson's career but he could've put that man into a coma. As a pro boxer, his fists should be considered dangerous weapons and thus making this more of a felonious assault. That's my take on it anyway. He intended to inflict serious harm and cause injury with repeated punches in the back of the head.

Hey man....cut the kid some slack he is young. People do make mistakes and learn from those mistakes AND go on to do great things in their lives. You guys on here especially the ones that show much hate and condemnation in their post have probably done just as bad or worst.. People fight and attack people every day in life some for no reason at all let the court system decide his fate. If you don't want see him as a boxer then dont.
