My question is, why is Miller still so fat?

A persons natural body type would apply here. Millers got that slow metabolism pudgy body type that would require a crazy amount of isolation reps to “cut up.” Miller seems not so concerned with power as he is with endurance. He’s pretty strong already.
Miller probably thought his Fred Flintstone frame wouldn’t make him a su****ious candidate for drugs, but he’s mistaken. If someone’s privy to the cycling and effects of each individual drug, they can pretty much carve out any frame that they want, along with increasing endurance.
I used to have a membership to a gym where some guys I met admitted to taking em’, along with some friends I was surprised previously took em’. Some had weird bodies with the top being not proportioned to the legs.....The fact still remains, some pro athletes carve out PED bodies without the proper assistance of qualified trainers.

Most I know, like me, were really looking forward to Big Baby enlightening you fan-girls that your hero isn't the ONLY tough brother on the map. We expected and wanted a good fight.
Maybe Don King helped hearn achieve his goals though.

It got in his body no doubt. How is a HUGE question for him. If his B sample is positive of course the fight is ruined. But if it turns out he didn't take it, and someone else is RESPONSIBLE for it getting into him, won't you be the hero with all of your rush to judgement that turns out to be WRONG.
Ofcourse a**holes don't ever wait for ALL ofthe facts to come out.
