I think its a strong possibility that miller has done this so much that he couldnt go through a camp without taking the substance because its so entrenched in his psyche to do so
America needs an independent body that oversees matters like this. A commission is going to license miller to fight within the next year because of money and that needs to be prevented.
Jon Jones has had exactly 2 PED issues. That's not many times. There were certainly more US fighters on that list than say Brazil. Normalized based on the number of fighters each country has and it comes out roughly even.
Lol no it doesn't and Jones has had several samples fail. Unless u believe the spin done by the UFC, a pinch of salt in an Olympic swimming pool. Lol...
Pointless discussing with you any further because you already have a view which u wont change despite evidence.

Jones has popped positive twice. That's a fact. The Olympic pool reference resulted from his second positive test. Last year there was an issue but he was cleared of any wrong doing.
The article with the data was good info. I looked at it. 26 for the US, 16 for Brazil. I responded to say the positive test numbers were proportional to the number of fighters each country has. Recall, I'm not saying that US fighters don't cheat. I'm saying the PED problem is the same across all nations.
You provided no response to the proportional argument other than mentioning that Jones has tested positive multiple times. That doesn't even support your argument, just indicates that JONES may have a PED problem.
