I do not consider Erik Morales or Canelo Alvarez cheaters. Neither has demonstrated changes PEDs provide and they both actually live in Mexico where Mexico actually has a clenbuterol problem in their cattle/meat

Any modern heavyweight that looks like a low fat densely muscled weightlifter type. That said if Jim Jefferies or Primo Carnera competed in this era people would whisper PED abuse behind their backs. So some of the guys we suspect could be clean.
