Not very surprising. I think I said elsewhere that Miller's high output over twelve rounds just does not add up with his size and shape. They should just fight him anyway if possible but if not then Ortiz or Pulev would be great replacements. If they pick some no-hoper I'll be disappointed
This was the reason i was picking him to beat Joshua. I just couldn't believe someone his size can have great endurance when it comes to his output, now it makes perfect sense.

Ortiz, Hunter, Whyte, Kownacki and Pulev. Can’t think that anyone else is even an option now.
I put hunter because he’s American and probably the easiest to make, its the least favourite one I like here though. I was really looking forward to Miller as he was an unknown quantity at this level.

I honestly thought Miller was smarter than that, but I guess not.
Why do they wait almost a month before announcing the failed test? It takes away valuable weeks of training for the next opponent. Maybe that is the plan though.

You don't know what's going on in the background. Most likely AJ already had a backup when the fight was signed similar to the Pulev/Takam situation.
They were most likely retesting samples or b samples before going public.
The new opponent most likely was notified extremely quickly.
I hope he doesn't get this fight. The fight date is in 6 weeks, he complained about that in January when he was offered the fight for April 13th. That was more than 8 weeks for him to prepare, and he also cried about drug testing like Miller did.
Am just tired with the way the HW scene seems to have played out since the Klits left, everyone detest them when they were in control of all the belts, accuse them of fighting mediocre opposition, but i would have them over these current lot.
I heard from some quarters that Ortiz is the standby, and i wouldn't be surprised by that since he is a southpaw too.
