This is exactly why he used this substance. He looked like a portly strong man type at the press conference to announce the fight 2 months and change isn't enough time for him to get his weight down naturally to anything close to his prime fighting weight.

Bowe was the only recent champion that never used anabolic steroids, he could have used a similar weight shedding PED but he never had crazy muscularity. Anyway back in the 90's and early nobody failed a PED test unless they were incredibly ******, these days it's truly a cat and mouse game to cheat the system.
