Is Miller the best American hope?

Now that Wilder has been exposed by Ortiz and Fury, and with everyone bombarding him on his social media and basically just sick of his cowardice - is it fair to say Miller is the best hope of wresting the belts from Joshua?

Miller is decent, probably Chisora level, but no chance against the champion. But at least he is trying to raise that American flag.
Meanwhile, Wilder is running his mouth but no backup / no balls / no big fights.
Actually, if Breazeale beats Wilder (which all boxing fans are hoping for to end the hostage situation), then maybe Breazeale versus someone like Whyte and the winner for alm the marbles against the champ.
C'mon Big Dom - the boxing world is behind you!!

Fck nationalism especially in a cesspool of immigrants like the USA.

I'm from the states and where a fighter is from has no bearing on if I root for them.

Look at my sig list of favorite active fighters, there is no trend there. No agenda.

Agreed man. I love loads of American fighters.
Some of my faves: Tyson, Hearns, Hagler, Andre Dirrell (wasted his talent imo, but could have been a phenomenal boxer an absolutely beautiful skilled fighter) and lots of lesser known dudes.

There's more of a race problem stateside. When we are having fun online (Brits vs Yanks) a lot of the race stuff doesn't translate for British people. Honestly, (and I offer this comment humbly, with no spirit of trolling or whatever) we are astonished at the racism stateside and the awful way blacks are policed there. It's surreal.

Anyway, back to boxing. The rivalry is alive and healthy

Both countries are producing great talent and great matches are being made
I hope Americans jump into the carnival, friendly atmosphere that Brits bring to events. And I hope that
British based promotional companies can help create competition where there was none before. It"ll be good for all of us.

Best wishes man, I hope boxing flourishes when UFC is taking 'our' audience.

Miller is definitely bringing some respect back to American boxing after it's been tainted with a champion who is looking for easy fights and avoiding every challenge.

After what? So many years of holding the belt? He has a dubious win against Ortiz and a loss against Fury and won't go near the champ?

C'mon man stop enabling this cat and put some pressure on him. He.is an embarrassment to not only Americans but to the history of the sport itself.

            Big mouth, no end product.

Matchroom keep bringing Brits and just get ktfo on American soil if that **** happens to AJ too by a fat kick boxer that would be a death blow to British boxing and it won't recover

I get ' worked up' over fools commandeering the sport that I love.

Joshua is a real.talent, and Fury may be also. We will never find out unless actual boxing fans DEMAND to see these guys fight.

Which brings us to: Fans making excuses for Wilder. Stop it now.
