lost to a shot delboy in their first fight and got a gift, got a gift W over Parker. beat Helenius on 11 days notice. KO'd a fat Browne on anti-depressants.

to be fair he has improved since then, all in all hes a solid top 20/25 HW.

That is true, Ortiz is an old duck who blame everybody else, he made a career out of blaming everybody else for ducking him.

The Shawn Porter of the big men.

In that he’s worth supporting because he’ll actually be involved in top level fights more regularly than the others. Both because he takes the risks and because the others see him as beatable.

I also just like him. He seems like a good guy.

Since then Dillian has fought and beat a decent level of opposition and positioned himself well in the rankings of several of the alphabet orgs. How he hasn't been installed as the WBC mandatory, only Haymon and Sulamain know! He also only just missed out on the AJ rematch, and is now looking for another high profile fight in the interim.

              Top wins
              Lucas Browne
              Dereck Chisora x2

              Manuel Charr
              Michael Hunter/Adam Kownacki?

              Luis Ortiz

He's much better than most people give him credit for.
Better than Wilder, who has now been exposed after his poor performance vs an old Cuban and a loss to Fury.
Whyte is #3 after Joshua and Fury

The HW division is garbage and thin, so from his record, he's clearly #4 HW. I don't get the hate for Whyte, but my guess is that it's mostly from Joshua fanbois

Top 10 for sure, close to the top 5. He had a solid resume but I wouldn't call him elite. I think he got very fortunate to hold on in the Parker fight and I would pick Parker to beat him in a rematch.

Probably #4, he deserves credit for activity, fearlessness, and heart.

One of the more dangerous and unpredictable Heavyweights. His one flaw is just being emotional which has gotten him tagged up before which would be dentramental against a Joshua or Joyce type fighter , even Wilder who calculates his right hand . I think at this point he has become more threatening then Ortiz as well. Always impresses me ,even in close fights. Id rank him at 5 as hes proven better then Parker who usually had that spot.
